DESCRIPTION:The Edinburgh Competition Festival is a friendly and supportive festival where amateur musicians of all ages can take to the stage alongside performers of a similar ability. Their programme of competitive and non-competitive classes positively encourages musicians of all abilities to take part. They offer more than 100 classes for classical and traditional instruments or combinations of instruments and singers\, choirs\, orchestras and bands. \nThe 2020 Festival will be the Centenary Festival with special events and celebrations planned\, together with all the normal Festival classes. \nhttp://www.ecfest.org.uk/ for entry
