Steve Turner at the Wighton Centre

Friends of Wighton are excited to announce that from 2pm–3pm on Wednesday 10 November, they will have their first live recital since March 2020!!
The guest performer will be the the wonderful singer, concertina player and multi-stringed instrument player Steve Turner, who was initially scheduled to appear in November last year.
Steve Turner is known as a pioneer of highly sophisticated English concertina song accompaniments, stretching the boundaries of traditional forms, with one of the best voices in the business. He is a multi-instrumentalist, who also accompanies himself on the cittern, and plays mandolin and banjo.
Concert is limited numbers, book in advance (£5).

Covid restrictions apply, masks to be worn throughout the Library except when seated, hand sanitisers, seats will be spaced & disinfected etc.
