AGM 2022
The Annual General Meeting of the TMSA will be held on:
Sunday 4 December
2.30-3.30 pm
Dundee Contemporary Arts (DCA), 152 Nethergate, Dundee DD1 4EA
And also Online on Zoom
As the Scots Trad Music Awards on Sunday 4 December are now going to be in person we will be running the TMSA AGM in person AND online this year.
We will be using the platform Zoom again as it allows people to both join online as well as by phone. If you would like to attend the AGM by Zoom, please email office@tmsa.scot to be put on the list to receive your link to the online meeting the Friday before (2 December) or phone 0792 253 3915 if you want to get the relevant details for phoning in.
To help us with numbers for catering, it would be great if you could let us know you are expecting to attend in person by 12noon on Thursday 1 December.
As per the agenda on this notice, election and re-election of directors will take place at the AGM. Information on the nomination process and providing a proxy vote (if you are unable to attend) can be found at https://www.tmsa.scot/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/TMSA-AGM-Nomination-Proxy-Form.pdf – please contact the office if you need it in another format.
Please get in touch with the National Office if you are interested in standing for the Board to support the work of the national TMSA and branches and would like to know more about what the role would entail.
