The Muckle Sing—TMSA Edinburgh & Lothians Branch
Muckle sangs is the Scots term for ballads. The Muckle Sing is a very special day for community singing groups and individual singers, including morning & afternoon workshops, a final performance & short concert from guest tutor Jo Miller. All are welcome—from the beginner to the experienced performer—and no need to be able to read music. Inverness Festival’s motto is ‘Performance for Everyone‘. The festival strives to find performance opportunities for all ages and all stages of amateur performers, both competitive and non-competitive. NAAFCO Annual Accordion & Fiddle Festival
For the first time in 3 years the 2023 NAAFC Festival will be taking place live and in-person! A competition festival featuring a variety of classes in accordion and fiddle performance. With an after-festival dance, Saturday 4th March 2023 Grangemouth Town Hall 8:30pm—12:30am, featuring Ewan Galloway & His Scottish Dance Band
