On St Andrew’s Day 2022, Hands Up for Trad will host Gies A Scots Sang Day with Iona Fyfe. Gies A Scots Sang Day is a day of Scots song on social media. Anyone can take part! All you have to do is record a wee video or audio file of yourself singing (or someone else) and upload it to social media using the hashtag #GiesAScotsSangDay. Simple as that! If you don’t want to upload anything just follow the hashtag for lots of braw sangs!
