Ayrshire Traditional Music Summer School
Thanks to funding from Fèis Rois, this year's Ayrshire Traditional Music Summer School is now free to attend. The summer school is open to students from P6 - S6 across Aryshire. This year's tutors are Mike Vass, Cameron Nixon, Adam Sutherland, Sophie Stephenson, Patsy Reid, and Emma Tomlinson. For more information please email: ayrshiretrad@gmail.com

Fèis Eilean an Fhraoich and Fèis Thròndairnis have come together to organise an online Fèis, through Zoom, between 26-30 July with a fantastic programme of tuition on offer. English medium classes will take place each morning with classes at 10am and 11am. Gaelic medium tuition will be offered in the afternoon with classes at 2pm and 3pm. Classes will last for approximately 30 minutes.

Fringe by the Sea in North Berwick
Fringe By The Sea, Scotland’s freshest festival which has been held in North Berwick since 2008, is returning this year with live audiences being entertained in Covid-secure environments. The Piping Live! festival is back for 2021 with a nine-day event promising world-class performances, music sessions, recitals, competitions, book launches, workshops and much more. Taking place between August 7–15, the annual festival has confirmed they will present their programme online, in response to current government guidelines. However, if restrictions allow the team will do all they can to introduce a live audience element to the festival if this proves possible under renewed guidelines closer to the event.
